2020 has been undeniably a roller coaster of uncertainty, fear and chaos. With the world being in constant flux, it is difficult to stay grounded, but there is hope. Through this retreat, we will discover together through life coaching, yoga and meditation, how to keep steady and focused while moving forward through the chaos. Learn how to cope with our stress, avoid reigniting negative habits, support ourselves and be in a position to support those around us.
